Hey Mama, welcome to Core Mindful!
Core Mindful is all about self-love, self-empowerment, and self-confidence! The main purpose here is helping postpartum women (recently postpartum or years postpartum!) improve the strength, ability, and function of their core and pelvic floor.
Often times the physical changes that happen during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and beyond are not discussed enough or at all. The core + pelvic floor experience many changes and many women are left with a weakened or injured core and pelvic floor that does not support the body or function the way it is supposed to.
The mission of Core Mindful is to empower women to heal from the inside out, creating strong bodies that allow each woman to feel beautiful, confident, and whole again starting with your core + pelvic floor. There are so many misconceptions out there on how to reconnect, heal, and strengthen to your body, Core Mindful is here to teach and educate on the proper and lasting ways to find total healing and confidence postpartum and beyond!
